Job Description

Join this high-profile practice (off-site of hospital, outpatient Family Medicine - safety net clinic) with two physicians and one nurse practitioner. This position is OB-optional.

Primarily responsible to assess, evaluate and treat patients in the hospital/medical office setting, under the supervision and collaboration of a physician, by using advanced knowledge and skill to identify abnormal conditions, diagnose health problems, develop and implement treatment plans, evaluate patient outcomes, and collaborate with or refer to a physician in the hospital/medical practice for further care management.

Will see patients of a variety of ages: Pediatric through Geriatric

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting salary range: $240,000-$260,000 + production

Submission Requirements

TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

IN license (or willing to obtain)

BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain)

DEA (or willing to obtain)

COVID-vaccination

Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics

EPIC EMR knowledge
