Medical Director - Primary Care Physician

Join an established practice (close proximity to San Antonio, TX) within a thriving economy, great school district, and many historic and recreational activities. Multi-specialty practice group with 25 providers within 6 clinic locations, esteemed subsidiary of a national (value based) healthcare organization. Full spectrum practice, including family and internal medicine, urgent care, pediatrics, and specialtists. Ancillary services include lab diagnostic, imaging, ultrasound.

Great work/life balance! Collaborative culture. Outpatient clinic (Monday - Friday), no evenings, no weekends. Support an established patient panel primarily adults/geriatric Split role with administration and primary care (clinician). Athena EMR.

Requirements:

• BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Medical Director experience required
• Leadership skill required
• TX license, or eligible

Compensation/Benefits:

• Guaranteed base (up to $350k)
