Location: Lake Havasu, AZ

Seeking a BE/BC Family or Internal Medicine physician to provide primary care in skilled nursing facilities.

Position Details:

• Part-Time. 1-2 day/week rounding schedule
• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule
• Permanent position

Responsibilities:

• Primary care rounds, chronic disease management, care planning
• Collaborate with facility staff and patients' families
• Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight

Compensation & Benefits:

• $132,000 - $159,000 range. Uncapped earning potential

• Part-time benefits: Malpractice with tail coverage, license reimbursement, wellness benefits, and CME.
