Primary care Physician - Santa Fe NM

Pay: 300k per year ($150 per hour) plus full benefits. 4 weeks PTO and 11 federal holidays paid (31 paid days per year)

CME 3k per year.

(1099 pay $180 per hour).

Any state license works.

New grads welcome.

BE / BC in FM/IM/Med Peds (Must be comfortable seeing kids)

NO OB.

Schedule: 8a-4:30P on most days (1 in 6 weekends and 1 in 6 weekdays long shift 11:30 hrs shift) (In a month, average 1.5 weekend days and 3.5 long shifts). Physicians can take more long shifts if they want to.

4 Clinics - Primarily work at 1 clinic (Santa Fe IHC open all days of week 8am - 7:30pm) and rotate to 2-3 other clinics (8a-4:30p which are 30 min away).

Walk in clinic clinic is 11:30 hrs open daily (8am-7:30pm). Not an urgent care.

30 mins follow up visit and 1 hour for new visits.

BLS is needed (recommended ACLS and PALS - can do it after starting job).

Average census in 8 hrs shift - 14 patients per day (Range 12-16).

Average census in 11:30 hrs (8am - 7:30 pm) shift - 20 patients per day.
