Stamford Health Medical Group seeks an experienced, BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join an established group of 5 providers in our Norwalk office at 637 West Avenue. This position is open due to a physician retirement, and the incoming physician will set into an established patient base. This group sees patients ages 5 and up.

Our ideal candidate is patient-centered and energetic with the desire to provide excellent care in an outpatient setting.

Highlights:

• 100% outpatient, M - F
• Established team of 5 providers
• 4.5 days with 1/2 day for administrative duties (this can be a 4-day schedule if desired)
• Call is 1:5, all phone call, and very light
• Collegial team and excellent support staff
• Same day appointments
• No hospital responsibilities, no nights, no weekends
• See approximately 20 patients per day
