Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with more than 3 years of clinical experience to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with 36 hours per week of direct patient-facing care. As one of two MDs in the practice, you will play a key leadership role in mentoring an incoming resident MD provider (to be added in year two) and shaping the clinic's future.

Key Details:

• Team Structure: 2 MDs and 2 APPs (Advanced Practice Providers). You will be the first of two MDs on-site.
• Leadership Role: Opportunity to be a leader in the clinic and mentor a resident MD in year two.
• Patient Focus: Full-time schedule with 36 clinic hours per week dedicated to patient care.
• Language Skills: Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
• Loan Repayment: This practice does not qualify for government-assisted loan repayment programs.

Qualifications:

• MD with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Self-starter with a passion for leadership and mentorship.
