Core Faculty Physician opening in Kennewick, Washington About Position: - Located in Kennewick, WA - Spokane 140m - Full-time, permanent position - Seeking a passionate Core Faculty Physician for our Family Medicine Residency program - Opportunity to blend clinical expertise, educational leadership, and community impact in an inspiring environment. - Provide direct patient care in our Family Medicine Residency clinic. - Precept and educate residents in outpatient and inpatient settings. - Mentor and advise residents, crafting individualized learning plans and supporting scholarly projects. - Shape curriculum, lead quality improvement initiatives, and participate in program accreditation efforts. - Serve on committees, including Clinical Competency and Program Evaluation, and play an active role in resident recruitment and selection. What Were Looking For: MD or DO degree with board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine. Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Washington. A passion for teaching and mentoring. Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings (new graduates encouraged to apply!). Core Faculty Commitment: Spend 16+ hours weekly on resident education and mentorship, exclusive of direct patient care. Your work will include teaching, advising, and program development that drives excellence in resident training.
