Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider Locums Job in North Dakota | Start as Soon as Credentialed through June

Schedule needed for Assignment #107062:
--8A-5P, Monday through Friday
--ASAP (as soon as credentialed) for 13 weeks

Job Requirements:
--Board Certified (will consider candidates who are BC in Internal Medicine)
--North Dakota State License – required
--Other Certifications – BLS required, ACLS and PALS preferred, but not required
--Malpractice – clean preferred
--Availability at time of name clear – required
--Setting: Clinic
--Duties: Family Medicine clinic visits
--Required Procedures: none
--EMR: Allscripts
--Support Staff: nursing, reception, clinic manager
--Reason for Coverage: Provider Medical Leave
--6-15 patients per day in clinic - no call or hospitalist duties
