Our client in Hancock County, OH is in need of a Family Medicine Physician for a full-time assignment!
Job details:
- Start - ASAP
- 1) Part-time or Full-time (2-5 days/week - 4hr, 8hr, 10hr, 12hr days)
- 2) Week On/Week Off (7am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 7am-5pm Fri, 4hr Sat)
- 3) Twelve 10hr Days/28-Day Block (Wed-Fri, 3 days on/2 off, Mon-Wed, 3 days on/6 off)
- Flexible schedule and workweek, option of extended morning or evening hours
- Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
- Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license
- Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
- 24-hour in-house hospitalist services
- Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
- State-of-the-Art Surgical and Inpatient Facilities and Technology
- Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
- Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) qualifying employer
Job Requirements:
- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility with plans to test) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (will not accept IM) - REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Date of agency's last communication with provider (note in "Additional Submission Details") - REQUIRED

- Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED

What Greenstaff Medical has to offer:
- Base salary range $300,000-$400,000 based on experience and training that continues beyond the first contract term (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
