Client seeks Physician for contract assignments from February 18-March 14 and April 1-29 to cover PTO needs at their Corporate Health Center in Sunnyvale, CA. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours for February 18-March 14 are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Hours for April 1-29 are Monday-Friday 8:30am-2:30pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
