Family Medicine APP (Family Medicine)
Park City Clinic - Intermountain Healthcare

At Park City Clinic, you will work collaboratively with a team of providers to provide safe patient care and high-quality patient experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).

  • Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).

  • Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.

  • Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.

  • BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.

  • Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$54.84 - $84.63
