Client seeks Physician for January 29 & February 7, 14, 21, & 28 at their Corporate Health clinic in Greeley, CO. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and light occupational health. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm on January 29 and 7:00am-4:00pm on Friday shifts. Clinic is staffed by one provider and 2 MAs and sees 10 patients per day on average. Candidates must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
