Job Description
We are interviewing for a board-certified Family Medicine Physician to serve as the Chief of Primary Care, in a not-for-profit integrated healthcare system 20 miles south of Boston.
About the position:
- Immediate need due to pending retirement
- Plan, direct, and strategize division operations
- Ensure clinical quality excellence, patient satisfaction, and maximum provider productivity
- Lead Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Addiction Medicine, and Urgent Care
- 40-hour/week onsite position with both clinical and administrative duties
- Report directly to the President of the hospital
- Maintains strong patient focus with an emphasis on Safety, Quality, and Patient Experience
Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O., Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Licensed in the state of Massachusetts
- 5+ years of active outpatient practice experience required
- 2+ years of previous leadership experience required
- Strong communication skills
