Job Description
Job Title: Part-Time Medical Director
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 annually, with uncapped productivity income potential.
About the Role:
Calling all trailblazing Medical Directors (and aspiring ones) looking to strike the perfect balance between a fulfilling career and a flexible schedule! We’re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Director to lead our Fayetteville practice with passion, precision, and just the right amount of Southern charm.
If your idea of a great workday includes a manageable 20 patients per day (and we promise, none will ask you about their WebMD findings), daytime hours that leave your evenings free for family, hobbies, or binge-watching, and the freedom to customize your Monday-Friday schedule, this role is your calling.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
- Flexible Daytime Schedule: Choose your hours, work-life balance has never looked this good.
- Uncapped Income Potential: Salary + bi-weekly bonuses = more dough for weekend trips, hobbies, or that espresso machine you’ve been eyeing.
- No Primary Night Call: Sleep like a baby – no frantic late-night calls to disrupt your dreams.
- Liability Insurance with Tail Coverage: We’ve got you covered, literally.
- 40-Day Onboarding Program: Not your average "sink or swim" onboarding – you’ll be set up for success with MIPS training and support.
- Professional Development Opportunities: Access to accredited CME leadership programs – because learning doesn’t stop with med school.
- Back-Office Support: A well-oiled machine of support so you can focus on what you do best – providing excellent patient care.
- Growth Opportunities: From local leadership roles to national recognition, the sky’s the limit.
- Wellness Support: Because a happy doctor = better patient care.
Requirements:
- Reside within a reasonable commute to Fayetteville, NC (no one wants a GPS battle every morning).
- Clinical leadership experience that demonstrates you know how to take charge while keeping the team inspired.
- Relevant clinical experience treating patients within the last 12 months.
- Active/Unrestricted NC Medical License, DEA, Medicare, and Medicaid provider numbers.
- A meticulously detailed CV (we love dates in mm/yyyy format) with explanations for all time gaps since your Bachelor’s degree.
Why Fayetteville, NC?
Fayetteville isn’t just home to Fort Bragg – it’s a community bursting with Southern hospitality, diverse culture, and outdoor adventures. Want to kayak on the Cape Fear River? Done. Craving a foodie scene that mixes BBQ with international flair? Fayetteville has it.

Fayetteville is also a stone’s throw away from Raleigh, so you can enjoy big-city amenities without big-city traffic (seriously, when’s the last time you didn’t yell at a car horn?).
Why You?
You’re the kind of leader who inspires teams, embraces innovation, and still manages to crack a joke or two with patients. You’ve got a stellar clinical background, the flexibility to meet challenges head-on, and a love for fostering wellness in others.
Plus, who wouldn’t want a job where you can grow professionally while avoiding those dreaded night shifts?
Compensation Details:
