Shifts: Wednesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1 hour lunch/dinner break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Urgent Care and Primary Care services to patients of all ages (excluding babies).
• Conduct urgent care-related procedures as required.
• Manage patient cases from initial consultation through diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Work within an outpatient setting with a focus on providing comprehensive care in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Cerner EMR system.
• Collaborate with support staff, including 1 medical assistant and 1 front office staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Urgent Care and/or Primary Care settings.
• Ability to handle urgent care-related procedures.
• Proficiency in Cerner EMR (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages, with the exclusion of babies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with medical support staff.

Schedule Requirements:

• Wednesday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Must be able to commit to the required shift schedule.
• 1-hour lunch/dinner break.

Patient Load:

• Approximately 15-25 patients per day.

Reason for Coverage:

• Expansion of Urgent Care services, addressing growing patient demand.
