Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for a multi-provider, outpatient, primary care practice. This position is hybrid, 3 days in the eastern CT office and 2 days virtual telehealth (work from home/remote). The practice office is located on the Rhode Island and Connecticut border in eastern Connecticut.
