- Start Date: Mid-September 2025
- Accepting Board Certified or Board Eligible candidates who will become Board Certified within 3 years of employment.
- Services willinclude Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Diabetes Care & Education, Sleep Medicine, Orthopedics, Heart Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and onsite Lab, X-ray, and Pharmacy.
- Practice Setting: Clinic
- Reason for Coverage: Expanding to new facility and need additional providers
- Full-time schedule: 34 patient contact hours with the option for a 4- or 5-day work week.
- Shift hours: Approximately 8 AM to 5 PM
- Call schedule: Shared with other eligible Family Medicine providers; approximately 1:40. To include weekends as part of the call rotation.
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC, including AI charting capabilities.
- Not open to 1099 candidates
