Join Our Team as a Family Medicine Physician in Caldwell, ID!

We are excited to announce excellent opportunities for Family Medicine Physicians (MD/DO) at a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility opening in fall 2025. Located in the beautiful suburbs of Boise, Idaho, this 45,000+ square foot medical center will serve community members seeking comprehensive wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation services. Join us and be part of a physician-led and accountable multi-specialty group practice with over 650 providers!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a clinic setting, focusing on Family Medicine.
• Conduct wellness checks, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of health issues.
• Participate in a shared call schedule with other Family Medicine providers, approximately 1:40.
• Utilize EPIC EMR, featuring AI charting capabilities for efficient documentation.
• Enjoy a flexible full-time schedule of 34 patient contact hours, with options for a 4- or 5-day work week.
• Collaborate with a diverse team including specialists in Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Diabetes Care, and more.
• Attend to on-site lab, X-ray, and pharmacy services, making patient care convenient and accessible.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program.
• Clean license and malpractice history is a must.
• Ability to obtain Idaho medical license and necessary DEA and CSR/CDS certifications.

Licenses and Certification Requirements:

• Active Idaho medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Controlled Substance registration (CSR/CDS, or willingness to obtain).
• Board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine required.
