Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Overview:
Join our team in providing exceptional primary care in Oregon! We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to deliver high-quality care in an environment designed for work-life balance and professional growth.

Schedule:

  • Flexible schedule options:
    • Four 10-hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts).
    • Five 8-hour days.
  • Monday through Friday, no weekends or major holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • See 72 patients per week through clinical encounters.
  • Leverage cutting-edge Dax AI technology for efficient documentation and reduced administrative burden.
  • Utilize Epic EMR for seamless patient management and care coordination.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive wRVU structure: Earn $45/wRVU for productivity in excess of 5,600 annually.
  • Annual Productive Bonus available.
  • Signing bonus of $60,000 with a four-year service commitment.

Qualifications:
