Internal Medicine Physician or Family Medicine – Post-Acute Care (Part-Time)
Location: Sierra Vista, AZ
Overview:
Seeking a part-time BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide primary care services in skilled nursing facilities.
Flexible 1–2 days/week schedule, tailored to your lifestyle and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform primary care rounds and manage chronic conditions in skilled nursing facilities.
- Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders, and staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients, families, and facility teams.
- Provide oversight, mentorship, and clinical case reviews as a medical director.
