Physician - Family Medicine / Internal Medicine (FM/IM) - Locum Tenens

• Work Dates Needed: ASAP-2/28//2025 with possible extension
• Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8a-5p (60). No weekends or holidays
• Worksite Setting: Primary care/Family Medicine - MD is sole provider adults only - no dependents. Support of MA, HCMm RN
• Scope of Work: Outpatient work; adults only; provider has free food - cafe's food court, cuisines, lots of options, no parking
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must be Board Certified in FM/IM; IL license, IL CSR, Experience in Family Medicine and Epic a must
• EMR: EPIC - Experience required
