Annashae Healthcare is seeking a Family/Internal medicine physician to provide primary medical services at an inpatient mental health facility near Carbondale, IL. This role provides a fantastic work/life balance with no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements. Compensation starts at $275,000 annually and malpractice insurance is provided. Physician must be Board Certified/ Eligible, and hold an active IL licensure and DEA to qualify. Job Responsibilities
▪ Evaluate assigned cases at intake
▪ Order and interpret lab tests
▪ Conduct initial physical exams and makes diagnoses of patients
▪ Develop and implements treat plan
Qualifications
* Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine
* Current Illinois Controlled Substance certificate
* Current DEA certificate
*Mantoux skin test prior to starting work or documentation of negative Mantoux within last 90 days
