Job Title: Permanent Family Medicine Physician

We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds Physician to join our established outpatient primary care practices. You will be part of a full-service hospital environment within a charming small town that offers a rich array of activities and is strategically located near major cities, including Chicago and Madison.
Our clinic emphasizes a strong work-life balance, providing quality family time, and a supportive team atmosphere with dedicated staff members including RNs, Medical Assistants, and Receptionists. With onsite lab and radiology services, this position allows you to easily provide comprehensive care to a loyal patient base while having room to expand services in the community.

Job Responsibilities:
- Full-time Physician role at a local clinic affiliated with a full-service hospital.
- Provide patient care in a supportive work environment.
- Participate in clinic operations running from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Engage in community activities to promote health and wellness.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of specialty providers including Urology, Podiatry, and more.
- Maintain a focus on quality patient outcomes and exceptional care experience.
- Be available for on-call duties, with a schedule of 1:4 weekends.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and community health.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Desire to participate in community outreach and health education.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Iowa medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- Board Certification or eligibility (within 3 years of eligibility with plans to test).
- Clean malpractice history is highly preferred.
- Providers requiring visa support (J1 or H1B) must note in application.
