Position Details:

• Patient Population: Primary Care
• Setting: Rural setting with support from a large system
• Responsibilities: Provide primary care in a newly renovated facility. Opportunity to build a practice within the community.
• Required Procedures: General Family Medicine procedures
• EMR System: N/A
• Support Staff: Full support from UCHealth
• Days Per Month: Full-time
• On-Call/Weekends: Phone-only call, shared amongst a large group

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
• Active CO license - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• 3+ years’ experience in Primary Care - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED

Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: $246,000 - $274,000 annually
• Bonuses: Quality and/or productivity bonus may apply
• Relocation: Eligible candidates may receive a relocation package
