Job Summary:
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will apply and modify the principles, methods, and techniques of medicine to provide comprehensive primary care to our patients. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in our clinics by delivering exceptional care, contributing to the health and well-being of the communities we serve, and working within a collaborative, physician-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary patient care for adult and pediatric populations at our Primary Care locations
  • Conduct health assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including NPs/PAs, support staff, and specialists
  • Oversee urgent care responsibilities at our Urgent Care locations, ensuring high-quality service and patient satisfaction
  • Maintain thorough documentation in the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Participate in shared call rotation for urgent care and primary care needs, with minimal frequency
  • Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management
Required Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
  • At least 1 year of experience working autonomously in Primary Care or Internal Medicine
Desired Qualifications:
  • Active Medical License in the United States
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary healthcare team
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $220,000 - $250,000 DOE
Sign-On Bonus/Relocation: Negotiable
