Job Title: Permanent Physician - Family Medicine

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, evaluate, and treat patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans while collaborating with supervising physicians.
• Perform comprehensive history and physical assessments as appropriate.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, communicating results effectively to patients.
• Prescribe appropriate treatments and monitor patient outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education on medical conditions and treatment methodologies.
• Participate in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling and coverage needs.
• Support teaching opportunities with Family Medicine residents.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Experience working with patients from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Knowledge of EPIC EMR is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated adherence to ethical and legal standards in healthcare.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Valid Indiana medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA registration (or willingness to obtain).
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
