We are seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine (preferred) and Family Medicine physicians to practice full-time within a collegial medical group setting. If you are looking for a rewarding career in a four-season paradise, this is the opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Internal Medicine candidates preferred; Family Medicine candidates looking to start working in 2025 are also encouraged to apply.
• Provide direct primary medical care to patients while adhering to the highest medical standards and ethics in a nurturing atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively in a practice that values a patient-centered medical home approach.
• Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule without weekends or holidays.
• Participate in a shared call arrangement with primary care colleagues (phone only).
• Engage in outpatient practice settings with a robust hospitalist program in place.
• Contribute to a physician-led culture committed to patient care and professional growth.
• Collaborate with highly trained staff and state-of-the-art facilities.
• New graduates are welcome to apply, with experienced physicians available to provide support.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Strong commitment to patient care and community involvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open to H1B candidates; J1 waivers not accepted.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Michigan medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required.
