What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients' medical conditions with precision and care.
- Order and interpret lab tests and other diagnostics to guide treatment decisions.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Perform minor procedures and explain treatments to patients clearly and compassionately.
- Collaborate with medical professionals in the community and local hospitals.
- Promote health education alongside other health professionals to enhance community well-being.
- Meet government-set targets for specified treatments and engage with pharmaceutical representatives to evaluate new products.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest medical advancements, treatment options, and medications.
- Mentor and guide medical trainees and students when needed.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Medicine (required).
- 5 years of residency training (required).
- Current state medical license and Federal DEA license (required).
- Completion of the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination (required).
- 5+ years of experience as an Internal Medicine or Family Practitioner.
- Exceptional counseling, listening, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A compassionate approach that puts patients at ease.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
