The facility is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their team located in Levittown, Pennsylvania.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Specialty: Primary Care
- Requirement: Physician (MD/DO)
- Location: Levittown, PA
- EMR: EPIC
- Shift(s) Description: 5 days/week, M-F 8:00 am-6:00 pm + on call
- Weekend/On-call Requirements: Equitable call (1:4 weekday/weekend) phone call/consults, no call back.
- Must be Board-Certified
- Must have an active PA license (or willing to obtain)
- White-glove licensing and credentialing assistance
Qualifications
Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics - REQUIRED
PA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
DEA (or able to obtain) - REQUIRED
Clean malpractice/license - REQUIRED
Working Hours
