Opportunity- Looking for a part-time primary care APP locum for approximately 5-6 months due to a resignation; the contract would go through the end of September 2025.

2/1/2025- October of 2025 (could be ongoing)

• Primary care office; looking to support access needs at the site until a new provider is onboarded in the fall of 2025
• Patient load detail: Average of 18-20 patients per day
• Hours: 8am – 4:30pm on Wed & Thurs
