CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group – Primary Care providers in Bardstown and surrounding communities are uniquely trained to maintain your overall health. With routine exams, screenings and lifestyle support, our providers help prevent illnesses before they develop. We also diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions and coordinate specialty care as needed.

Our providers care for patients of all ages with a full range of health and wellness services:

  • Annual wellness exams and sports physicals

Responsibilities
  • Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities.
  • Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards.
  • Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceeds standards set by the facility.
  • Educate patients on both clinical and managed care.
  • Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate.
  • Function as an effective clinic team member.
  • Meet productivity standards.
  • Effectively use clinic financial and other performance information.

Qualifications

Education:
Board Certified - or eligible.

License/Certification:
Kentucky Licensure.


Pay Range
$115.60 - $184.00 /hour
