Your Role:
As a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO), you’ll deliver comprehensive care, from preventive services to chronic disease management. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you’ll address the unique healthcare challenges of our community while enjoying a fulfilling and balanced career.

Compensation & Benefits:

We believe in valuing your expertise with a competitive package that includes:

• Annual Base Salary: $265,000
• Performance-Based Bonus: Up to $48,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: $40,000

Continuing Education & Growth:

• Annual CME allowance of $1,000
• 5 additional CME days per year

Relocation Support:

• Up to $10,000 reimbursement for relocation
• Coverage for California medical license and DEA fees
