Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care to all age groups in an office-based setting
• Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic medical services
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Prescribe medications, perform routine vaccinations, and offer health advice
• Order necessary tests and follow-up visits, and refer to specialists as needed
• Provide direction to clinical and reception staff
• Ensure accurate medical documentation and E/M coding for all patient care
• Required Procedures: Disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery of acute illnesses
• EMR System: Athena
• Support Staff: Yes, in a multi-specialty group practice
• Days Per Month: TBD
• On-Call/Weekends: Rotating Saturdays and on-call requirements

Submission Requirements:

• TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
• NJ license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• DEA Verbal Confirmation (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• CSR/CDS Certified (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• BLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice - REQUIRED
