AdventHealth Well 65+ is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine to join a five-provider serving the primary care needs of patients 65 and up. This practice exclusively focuses on Medicare Advantage patients.
At work, you will experience:
- More Time with Patients: Up to 40 minutes with patients to provide comprehensive, personalized care
- Smaller Patient Panel. Max patient panel of 700.
- Lower Daily Patient Census. 14-16 patients per day.
- Clinic Support Team. Includes RN Case Management, 1.5 Health Coaches (MA’s) per provider, Social Worker, Pharmacy, Care Coordinators, Welcome Coordinator, HCC Coding Support, and Administrator.

Established in 2021, AdventHealth Well 65+ consists of 11 community practice sites throughout central Florida in the Orlando, Eustis, Daytona Beach, and Tampa areas. Providers will join a brand backed by an integrated hospital system established in 1908. Education and Experience Required:
- Completion of a US-based Internal or Family Medicine Residency
- Experience in a Value-Based Care practice
Licensure, Certification, and Registration:
- Current, valid Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine by ABMS or AOA
