Position Details

• Outpatient Only
• Flexible 4- or 5-day work schedule
  
• Currently 3 PED, 1 FNP, 2 NP’s, 4 OA’s, 12 MA’s, 4 LPNs, and 4 lab staff
• Office Hours: 7am-4:30pm (flexible with start time and stop time)
• 36 patient contact hours
• 25 exam rooms, 3 per provider
• Teaching Opportunity for Residency program
• See 18 patients per day
• On-site lab
• Providers work in same location
• APP options available

Financials

• Total Earning Potential: $400K-500K+
• Base Salary: $250K + Bonus Incentives
• Signing Bonus: $60K
• Resident Stipend: $24K
• Student Loan Forgiveness: $100K over 5 years
• CME: $5K
• 32 days of vacation
