Qualifications

• Education : MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Licensure : Current Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Board Status : Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Experience : Prior experience in outpatient primary care preferred, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
