Overview:
Part-time BE/BC Family or Internal Medicine physician to provide primary care in skilled nursing facilities. Flexible 1–2 days/week schedule tailored to your lifestyle and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary care rounds and manage chronic conditions in skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders, and staff.
• Build relationships with patients, families, and facility teams.
• Provide medical director oversight, mentorship, and clinical case reviews.
