- Work Dates Needed: ASAP-1/31/2025 with possible extension
- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8a-5p (60). No weekends or holidays
- Worksite Setting: Primary care/Family Medicine - MD is sole provider adults only - no dependents. Support of MA, HCM RN
- Scope of Work: Outpatient work; provider has free food - cafe's food court, cuisines, lots of options, no parking; adults only
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must be BC FM/IM; IL license, IL CSR, Experience in Family Medicine and Epic a must
- EMR: EPIC - Experience required
