As Program Director, you will:

What You’ll Bring
  • Leadership Expertise: At least 3 years of documented educational and/or administrative experience.
  • Clinical Excellence: Current Board Certification in Family Medicine and active involvement in patient care.
  • A Passion for Education: A commitment to fostering a supportive, dynamic learning environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities to engage with faculty, residents, and community partners.
  • Washington Medical License: Or the ability to obtain one, along with certifications in CPR, ACLS, and BLS.
