Family Practitioner Wanted to join a Sacramento Metropolitan Multispecialty group. Join this group of Century old, 150+ providers organization that prides itself in outstanding Patient care and strong retention. The FM team comprised of 14 physicians /10 APPs. Area has a diverse Patient population, the average 20 -25 patients per day. Typical FM outpatient procedures are preferred. Payer Mix includes HMO, PPO, Fee for service, Hospitalists on staff, call is 1:18 EMR system is Cerner, and Spanish, Punjabi, Farsi, Mandarin language skills are a plus, BC /BE.

Generous Salary and Benefit Package include:

• Salary guarantee of $312K for 18 months then productivity model
• Signing bonus - $85K (with student loan option) / without student loan - $125K
• Student loan repayment – $100K
