Practice Profile:
• 32 patient care hours per week
• 8 hours of practice management time per week
• 1:1 nursing
• Minimal after-hours call
• 24-hour nurse triage
• 80-82 patients per week with a flexible schedule
• Medical director and practice manager on site

Job Responsibilities
• Deliver direct patient care, including medical documentation, to primary care patients.
• Maintain quality care standards and ensure timely, cost-effective medical services.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and meetings.
• Provide care for patients in skilled nursing facilities, adhering to Medicare and Medi-Cal guidelines.
• Complete necessary paperwork for patient care and billing promptly.
• Attend administrative meetings and contribute to the clinic's governance and operations.
• Engage in teaching and supervising residents or students.
• Maintain Board Certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine and participate in Medicare, Medi-Cal, and other managed care programs.
Qualifications
Board certified or board eligible in their specialty
Active and unrestricted CA medical license
Active and unrestricted DEA license
Working Hours
• Participate in the on-call schedule, providing coverage after hours, on weekends, and holidays.
