Position Highlights:
--Role: PMHNP
--Schedule: 24–35 hours/week (prefer full-time)
--Format: Hybrid – 2-3 days in the field + telehealth follow-ups & admin tasks
--Start Date: ASAP (approximately 1 month for credentialing)
--Patient Population: Adults only

Key Responsibilities:
--Provide care for Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) patients
--Conduct evaluations (45 minutes – 1 hour)
--Work closely with a supportive team, including an RN, LPN, and a team leader
