Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider multi-specialty group practice seeking a Family Practitioner (MD/DO) to work full-time at its Meridian Health Plaza. Family Medicine providers at Meridian Health Plaza are dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life.
Saint Alphonsus Meridian Health Plaza caters to community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation in a convenient and accessible environment. With comprehensive healthcare services offered for the whole family and urgent care services available 7 days a week, it offers a multitude of services in one convenient location including: urgent care, family practice, sleep disorders center, orthopedics, sports medicine, lab draw services, X-ray, physical therapy, occupational therapy (including hand therapy), pelvic floor and low vision therapy. Diabetes care and education are located nearby.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
- Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program;
- Board certified or obtain certification within 3 years of employment;
- Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases;
- Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.
