Academic Family Medicine position in Pullman, WA Full time, permanent Regional Hospital in Pullman, WA, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to practice full spectrum Family Medicine (no OB) in our newly established Family Medicine Residency Program. This innovative program is a partnership between Washington State Universitys Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine and Pullman Regional Hospital, a 25-bed award winning critical access hospital. Our program is currently 1 of 3 in the nation to establish a full residency program within a critical access hospital. You will join two physicians and a medical director in this beautiful new clinic located on the hospital campus. Our first three residents joined the program in July 2023 with three additional residents each year until there are 9 by year three. Full time schedule with 1:5 call obligation .4 FTE will be faculty position OB practice is optional Board Certification or /Board Eligibility is required Must be licensed to practice medicine in Washington State DEA Certificate required DOT certification required or must be willing to obtain within first year 3 - 5 years of experience required $240,000 2-year guarantee $20,000 quality incentive bonus Salary range with production $240,000 - $350,000 annually Signing incentive Relocation assistance Malpractice coverage CME Stipend, 401K Match Health and dental benefits Physician schedule: Full-time 4 days per week, 32 hours of patient facing clinic hours, 184 days per year, 46 week/year Call obligation 1 night/week and every 4th weekend.
