Family Medicine opening in New York Located in Sherburne, NY Full-Time & Permanent Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine doctor to join practice in Sherburne. - (NYS) Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication, and patient involvement - Join an established group of 1 full-time physician, 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians - Traditional Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM - Opportunity for 4/10 hour shifts, 7 AM 5 PM - No OB - A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients - Integrated addiction care with large supportive network of MOUD clinicians throughout our clinics. - Opportunities for teaching including collaboration with APCs on site and Columbia University Medical students - School-based health coverage for pediatric patients - Full-spectrum case mix and diverse patient population - Collaborative Working Environment - Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State programs - EMR-EPIC - Salary Range: $234,321 - $270,325. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards - Group Employed Model Location: Located on the northern edge of the southern tier region of New York State, the village of Sherburne is located in Chenango County. To the north, the village is about 15 minutes from Hamilton, home to Colgate University, and south of the village is the city of Norwich, New York.
