We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide primary medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care needs. As a Family Physician with our FQHC, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our diverse patient population.

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based medicine.
- Manage chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Provide prenatal care, family planning services, and well-child check-ups.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Active Pennsylvania medical license in good standing.
- DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.

Working Hours

Monday through Friday, 8 am until 5 pm with one (1) hour lunch.
