We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician for a locum tenens position in Woodland, California. This role is based in a 100% outpatient setting, where the physician will provide care for both acute visits and chronic care management. The position requires the physician to see adult patients, manage a variety of medical conditions, and perform routine family medicine procedures. As a Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients in an outpatient setting. This includes addressing both acute medical concerns and managing chronic health conditions. The physician will also perform routine clinical procedures typically seen in family medicine practices. Additionally, the physician will collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care is delivered.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine Board Certification will be considered).
• Active California Medical License (required).
• Strong experience in managing both acute and chronic conditions.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality patient care.
