Family Medicine Physician Locums Job in California | ASAP Start and Ongoing for a Year

Schedule needed for Assignment #105923:
--Start: ASAP
--Duration: 6 months - 1 year
--Full time in clinic 8am-5pm.

Job Requirements:
--Active California license - required
--Board Certification - required will accept Internal Medicine BC as well
--Clean Malpractice History - HIGHLY PREFERRED

Job Details:
--Setting: 100% outpatient. The Woodland location would be helping to support a large Family Medicine practice of 11 physicians and 9 APPs.
--Duties: Serving as an interim PCP to Family Medicine patients, providing care for acute visits as well as chronic care management.
--Must be able to see adults
--Routine FM clinical procedures (based on physician's skill set)
--Must work well in team environment
--EMR: Cerner
--Patients per Day: 16-20
--Additional Support: 1 assigned MA to room patients - LVN and RN staffing is available to support the department as well.
--Reason for Coverage: Assist with staffing while we recruit replacement
