MD/DO - Coastal CA - Primary Care - Base salary $260-280k

Role:

• Compensation Range: $260-280k (based on experience)
  • Bonuses vary based on shared savings and net collections.
• Start Date: ASAP
• Full time role
• Setting: Outpatient office (FQHC)
• Work Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p. Admin time built into schedule.
• Patient Volume: 16-18 patients per day
• Minimal call : rotate weekends and call days. Light call activity
• EMR: Athena
• Partnership available after 1 yr at owner’s discretion. Earning potential $300k+
