This opportunity for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist in a thriving practice within a well-established multi-specialty group offers a rewarding career path. Here’s an overview:

Position Overview

The practice is seeking a compassionate and skilled full-time Ophthalmologist. While expertise or interest in glaucoma or medical retina management is advantageous, it’s not required. You’ll join a team of two ophthalmologists in a state-of-the-art clinic featuring an accredited ambulatory surgical center. This is an ideal setting to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth of a respected and expanding group.

Key Highlights

  • No Hospital or ED Call: Enjoy a work-life balance with no emergency or hospital call duties.
  • Professional Autonomy: Manage your practice independently within a supportive environment.
  • Large Internal Referral Base: Access a strong network of referrals within the multi-specialty group.
  • Partnership Pathway: Opportunity for partnership within the group.
  • Collaborative Peer Network: Work alongside experienced, dedicated colleagues across specialties.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: Significant earning potential with a $150,000 signing/retention bonus.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Includes health and dental insurance, 401(k), independent and dependent life insurance, short- and long-term disability, long-term care, paid vacation, CME time with a stipend, and a flexible spending account.

This role is ideal for an ophthalmologist who values autonomy, high-quality patient care, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive, collaborative group that offers a pathway to partnership.
